Sometimes we do have the odd mishap, this can be for example due to transit damage or minor faults. As a matter of urgency we always resolve any problems without question.

My apologies for not replying sooner. I would like to thank you for your quick and efficient service in replacing damaged panels. They have been fitted and look great.
